Club Humarea: Socio and Socio Pro

13 questions

What does being a Socio include?A “★ Socio” badge on your profile and comments, a flavor stash with no limit (the free plan holds 15) with the estimated value of your collection, alerts when the price of a flavor in your stash drops, unlimited private mixes (free: 3), stories without the daily limit, unlimited profile highlights (free: 1) and seeing who has viewed your stories, a boost for your products on Rastro with a “Featured” label (up to 10 active and 10 photos, free: 3 and 4), cheaper Brasas at partner venues that offer it, an accent color for your profile, and early access to new features. Above all, you help keep the only shisha app in Spanish alive.
And Socio Pro?Everything in Socio plus: a “🔥 Pro” badge, history of your collection’s value with breakdown by brand and CSV export, your profile stats (new followers, views and interactions), price alerts also on saved items and the shopping list, up to 25 products and 15 photos on Rastro with first position, the full palette of profile colors, and the early and extended monthly Wrapped. €5.99/month or €49.99/year. You can upgrade from “My plan”.
What does Socio Negocio include?Push announcements to your followers (up to once a day), growth analytics in your dashboard (new followers, evolution of the Brasas program), public replies to reviews of your venue, and a featured venue on the map (highlighted pin and ahead in the list). The rewards catalog and the Brasas program remain free for any business.
And Socio Negocio Pro?Everything in Socio Negocio plus: up to 3 push announcements a day, customer retention cohorts with CSV export, an event calendar on your venue’s Places page and first position in your area on the map and in the list. You can upgrade from Profile → “My plan”.
Can I have Socio and Socio Negocio at the same time? No. Socio and Socio Pro are for user accounts, and Socio Negocio and Socio Negocio Pro for business accounts. Within each family you can move up or down, or cancel. If you have Socio and want to claim a business with that account, first cancel Socio and wait for the period you’ve already paid for to end.
How much does it cost?Socio: €2.99/month or €24.99/year (equivalent to €2.08/month, 30% less and without the hassle of monthly billing). Socio Pro: €5.99/month or €49.99/year (€4.17/month). Socio Negocio: €14.99/month or €149.99/year. Socio Negocio Pro: €34.99/month or €349.99/year. This is the early-adopter rate: it will go up for new sign-ups later, but if you subscribe now you keep it as long as you don’t cancel. The exact current price in your region is always shown before you confirm the purchase.
How do I subscribe?Go to Profile → “Become a Socio” or “Become a Socio Negocio” and choose the monthly or yearly plan. The purchase is handled through your device’s store (App Store or Google Play).
How do I cancel the subscription? From Profile → “My plan” → “Cancel subscription”. Before completing the cancellation we show you what you’ll lose and, if applicable, the option of a free month or pausing the plan. If you still cancel, we take you to your store’s settings (App Store or Google Play). You keep the benefits until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; no refunds are given for the remaining time.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?Yes. On the cancellation screen you can pause Socio for 1 or 2 months: you keep your collection, your mixes and access to the features at no cost during the pause. You can also accept a free month to keep going without paying the next renewal. Each offer can be used once every 180 days. Accepting a pause doesn’t by itself turn off the renewal in your store: if you don’t want to be charged, turn it off in the App Store or Google Play settings too.
What happens if the payment for my subscription fails? The store (App Store or Google Play) retries the charge automatically for a few days, a grace period during which you keep access to Socio. We email you to let you know there’s a problem. To fix it, update your payment method in your store’s subscription settings; Humarea can’t change your payment details. If the charge doesn’t go through, the subscription is cancelled and your account goes back to the free tier without deleting your content.
I got an email to come back to Humarea with a 50% discount. Is it real?Yes. If you stopped being a Socio, we may write to you with a win-back offer. The first-month discount is applied in the App Store or Google Play when you confirm the reactivation from the app. You can stop receiving these emails with the “Unsubscribe from emails” link in the email itself or from Profile → Notifications.
If I cancel, do I lose my stash, mixes or my Rastro products? No. Your content isn’t deleted; you just lose access to Socio’s exclusive features (for example, you won’t be able to expand your stash) until you subscribe again.
Why do I see a Socio screen when I hit a limit? The free plan has some caps (a 15-flavor stash, 3 private mixes, 1 story highlight, 3 products on Rastro and no price-drop alerts). When you reach one, we show you what Socio unlocks at that exact moment, instead of a wall at the start. Your content isn’t deleted and you can keep using the rest of the app as normal.
