Questions about Socio
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel in the App Store or Google Play and keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. There’s no commitment.
What happens to my stuff if I stop being a Socio?
You lose nothing: your stash, your mixes and your story highlights stay there. You just won’t be able to add more beyond the free limit until you come back.
Can I go from Socio to Pro?
Yes, any time. The store swaps your current plan for the new one and adjusts the price; you don’t pay for two subscriptions at once.
Who sees my payment card?
Nobody at Humarea. Your app store handles the payment; we only receive whether your plan is active.
Questions for businesses
Do Brasas and rewards cost money?

Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the App Store or Google Play. You keep your perks until the end of the paid period.
Can I have Socio on my business account?
No: business accounts have their own plans (Socio Negocio and Negocio Pro). Socio and Socio Pro are for user accounts.
