Fill in the form. We only ask for what we need to know which venue it is and how to reach you.
We review it and write to you
We check the venue is yours and send you a link to connect it to your business account. If it isn’t on the map yet, we add it.
Open your listing and give Brasas
Complete your listing, choose your rewards and scan your customers’ cards from the app.
For lounges and shops: a reason to return
Each visit adds Brasas to your customer’s card and you decide which rewards you offer. No paper cards and nothing to install at the venue.
- Loyalty card with a single-use QR code, which prevents cheating

Mark which formats you have and appear under “Available at tobacconists” when someone checks that flavour nearby. It’s free and you update it from your phone.

What businesses ask us
When can I start?
Humarea arrives on 10 January 2027. If you request your place now, we’ll have your venue ready for that day.
What happens when the 6 months end?
You stay on the free plan, with your listing, Brasas and rewards. You only pay if you decide to buy a plan: we never activate one without you asking.
Is my venue already on Humarea?
It may be. Tell us which one it is and, if it’s already on the map, we’ll connect it to your account. If not, we’ll add it.
Can I promote tobacco flavours or brands?
No. Business posts, events, alerts and rewards can’t promote tobacco products. You can use them for your venue, your events and your rewards.
Do Brasas and rewards cost money?
No. Claiming your venue, giving Brasas and publishing rewards is always free, with or without a plan.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the App Store or Google Play. You keep your perks until the end of the paid period.
Can I have Socio on my business account?
No: business accounts have their own plans (Socio Negocio and Negocio Pro). Socio and Socio Pro are for user accounts.
