Is Humarea free?
Yes. You can use Humarea for free: feed, mixes, catalog, map, Brasas, achievements and challenges. Club Humarea (Socio and Socio Pro) is optional, removes limits and adds extras; you get it in the App Store or Google Play.
Does Humarea sell tobacco?
No. Humarea doesn’t sell tobacco or act as an intermediary in its sale: the purchase, payment and age check are always done at the tobacconist itself. The prices you see are indicative and come from the official list.
What are Brasas?
They are digital stamps with no cash value that Humarea partner businesses give you each time they scan you on a visit. Each business keeps its own balance with you and decides how many Brasas it gives (between 1 and 10) and which rewards it offers.
Can I cancel the Club whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel in the App Store or Google Play and keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. There’s no commitment, and you lose nothing: your stash, your mixes and your story highlights stay there.
I have a venue, a shop or a tobacconist. How do I appear?
In the app, go to Places, tap “+” and choose the type of business. When we review the request you’ll get an email to link it to your account. Claiming your venue, giving Brasas and publishing rewards is always free, with or without a plan.
Can I use Humarea on my computer?
Yes. As well as iOS and Android, you have the full web version at go.humarea.app, with the same account.
